The Athletic Booster's Maverick Golf Tournament is held every fall and benefits the Athletic
Boosters general fund. Grants are distributed from this fund based on needs identified by the LCC
coaches and Athletic Director. Last year the Athletic Boosters granted over $18,000 in team specific
grants supporting training and development needs and over $13,000 in general athletic school support
including the team trainer and supplies. Money was also set aside for Technology equipment for team
filming, editing and training needs.
